How do I join a loyalty program?
Open the Perqo app, browse the participating businesses, and choose the loyalty program you'd like to join.
How do I collect stamps?
Show your membership QR code to staff when you pay. They'll scan it, and the stamp is added to your card.
Why does my QR code keep changing?
For security, membership QR codes expire after about 60 seconds and can only be used once. Just open the app at the counter and show the current code.
For businesses
How do I manage or cancel my Perqo Business subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions, and choose Perqo.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your Perqo account doesn't cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your iPhone's Subscriptions settings.
Account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
In the Perqo app, go to My Profile, then Delete Account. Deleting a business account can also remove its loyalty programs.
